Job summary

Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa in Johnson City, TX is hiring a Host/Hostess to manage dining reservations and guest seating. You will answer phones, greet guests, and direct them to tables while maintaining menus and wine lists.

Qualifications

• One year previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, understand and write the primary language of the work place.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seating and reservations for dining room.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Greet guests and escort to tables with menus and wine lists.
• Maintain knowledge of the Dining Room menu and wine list.
• Manage waiting list and inform guests when their table is ready.
• Address guest concerns professionally and inform the Manager.
