Job summary

Won’t Stop Hospitality is seeking a Host to warmly greet guests and manage seating for a fast-paced dining room. You will determine the most efficient seating plan to ensure smooth service and balance sections, while communicating clearly with front-of-house and kitchen staff.

The role requires strong attention to detail, calmness under pressure, and excellent teamwork and communication. You’ll be part of a team that upholds a guest-first experience and a professional demeanor during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of food handling and sanitation helpful.
• Fluent in the primary language of the location.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with eye contact, smile, and warm welcome.
• Determine seating arrangements to optimize dining flow.
• Maintain seating rotation and communicate needs to staff.
• Answer calls, manage reservations, and update waitlists.
• Assist with bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables as needed.
• Observe guest dining patterns and adjust service accordingly.
• Close dining experience with a gracious farewell and invitation to return.
