Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking enthusiastic Hosts to set the tone for the guest experience. From the first greeting to the final farewell, you will provide Uncompromising Hospitality through warm welcomes, smooth table flow, and helpful conversations, ensuring every guest feels personally cared for.

You will greet guests, answer phone calls, check seating plans, and maintain a polished appearance. You must be at least 18, love hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and be able to lift up

Qualifications

• Genuine love for hospitality and guest service.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Must read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm from first interaction.
• Answer guest calls with professionalism and hospitality.
• Set up the host area for a smooth shift using checklists.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to guidelines.
• Manage table flow and pacing to ensure a great guest experience.
