Ideal candidates enjoy hospitality, work well in a fast-paced setting, and are comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred to support peak shifts and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service.
• Read, write, and understand English for daily tasks.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a fast-paced, organized host area with strong multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm from the first interaction.
• Answer guest calls professionally and with hospitality.
• Set up the host area following checklists for smooth shifts.
• Keep a professional image per appearance guidelines.
• Manage table flow and seating to minimize wait times.
• Communicate with managers and servers to keep service moving.
• Assist with lighter side work and reservations as needed.
• Provide product knowledge about wines and experiences.
