Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to restaurant tables in accordance with guest service standards.
• Maintain set-up of the dining room and assist with service as needed.
• Receive reservations and coordinate seating arrangements.
• Read, maintain and log daily entries to coordinate shift communication.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
