Responsibilities

• Read, maintain and log daily communications between shifts.
• Maintain proper set-up of the dining room.
• Assist with service as needed.
• Receive reservations and coordinate special functions.
• Follow sustainability guidelines (EarthView) and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
