Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcome from arrival to departure.
• Engage with guests on a name-to-name basis to foster a warm atmosphere.
• Strategize seating and dining flow using RESY reservations and notes.
• Maintain RESY with detailed notes for private bookings and events.
• Seat guests efficiently balancing experience with table availability and pace.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, layouts, and seat numbers for clear communication.
• Answer calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Coordinate seating with servers, managers, and hosts.
• Assist with guest inquiries and special requests to exceed expectations.
• Execute opening, mid-shift, closing, and side-work procedures to keep the host stand organized.
