Hudson House Las Colinas is seeking a Host to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and support smooth front-of-house operations. The role emphasizes concierge hospitality, clear communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will use RESY to plan seating, assist with reservations and events, and ensure a memorable guest experience from arrival through departure. Training is provided to uphold our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent guest communication and service mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level hospitality from arrival to departure.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and maintain a warm atmosphere.
• Strategize seating and dining room flow using RESY and guest profiles.
• Maintain RESY notes, manage private bookings and events.
• Seat guests efficiently while balancing service needs.
• Communicate clearly with servers and managers to coordinate seating.
