Job summary

The Original Pancake House DFW is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and guide them from arrival to departure. You will be the first impression and help coordinate seating, reservations, and front-of-house flow in our Noblesville, IN location.

As part of the service team, you will communicate clearly with guests and staff, maintain a tidy reception area, and assist with coffee refills and table clearing as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on guest experience.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player who supports front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at arrival and manage seating for smooth service.
• Assist with reservations and watch dining flow during service.

• Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation of menus and materials.
• Support service team with refilling beverages, bussing, and table setup.
