Job summary

Level99 is seeking a Host to be the first point of contact for guests at our Tysons, VA location, creating a warm, energetic atmosphere. You will manage seating, the waitlist, and reservations, and assist with takeout orders and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a welcoming manner.
• Seat guests and manage waitlist and reservations.
• Communicate wait times and provide updates to guests.
• Present menus and assist with seating.
• Answer the phone and assist with takeout orders and merchandise.
• Express gratitude when guests depart.
• Walk the dining room to update table status and tidy menus.
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with service when time allows (bussing, running food).
• Perform other duties as needed.
