Great American Restaurants in Northern Virginia and Maryland is seeking a friendly Host to join our team and help create an exceptionally distinctive dining experience from the moment guests arrive.

You will work in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment, greeting patrons, managing reservations, and maintaining an orderly front-of-house area. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay in a high-volume setting.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests as soon as they walk through the door
• Providing exceptional guest service
• Maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions
• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
