Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Eight-hour shifts with ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for long periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes the guest experience by greeting guests, providing tours, answering questions, assisting with wayfinding and moving guests efficiently through lines and check-in.
• Maintains upkeep, cleanliness, and operations of the entertainment venue.
• Provides authentic, fun, approachable interpersonal interactions and shows up on time daily to deliver best-in-class service.
• Upholds Level99 brand and visual standards across all parts of the business.
• Assists with operations including POS tasks, account creation, troubleshooting, cash handling and daily cleaning.
• Offers guests the best value through sales techniques and recommendations.
• Supports venue opening and closing tasks as assigned.
