Job summary

Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a Spa Attendant to ensure top-quality service in the spa issuance, locker, facility, and lounge areas. You will welcome guests, guide them through locker rooms, and maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the spa and pool areas.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly in English, and flexibility to work various shifts, including busy periods and events.

Qualifications

• Stand for the entire shift.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Customer service oriented with multitasking ability, detail orientation, and strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, engaging demeanor and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, check-in and orient guests and members in the locker room and facilities.
• Be a source of information for Spa and Resort operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in locker rooms, showers, restrooms, lounges and related areas.
• Ensure cleanliness of indoor pool, changing rooms and fitness studio.
• Cross-train in reception duties such as tours and spa software usage.
• Provide personal attention to ensure a pleasant visit for each guest.
