Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates in person or via radio/phone.

Responsibilities

• Ensures linen closets are stocked at par and GRAs carts are ready.
• Empties carts, linens, and trash as needed, and strips rooms on checkout.
• Assists in delivering items to guestrooms and maintains cleanliness in corridors.
• Maintains carpet, floors, and public areas and reports issues to supervision.
• Completes tasks such as mattress flips and laundry-related duties as required.
