Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders.
• Assemble and package orders with careful attention to packaging to avoid spills or leaks.
• Process payments for takeout orders, including cash, credit/debit, and digital payments.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation of sales at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
