Job summary

Harry & Izzy's Paradise Valley in Phoenix is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, guide them to tables, manage wait-times, answer phones, and assist with reservations using our reservation software.

You will greet guests upon arrival, coordinate seating to keep the dining room flowing, support servers and management with accurate wait times, and maintain a polished host stand and waiting area to make every guest feel valued from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Prior hosting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and organized dining room flow.
• Communicate effectively with servers and management to balance table assignments and maintain accurate wait times.
• Provide guests with menus, answer basic questions about the restaurant, and ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they arrive.
• Maintain the host stand, reservation system, and waiting area while delivering professional, polished first and last impressions for all guests.
