V&E Hospitality Group in Las Vegas is seeking friendly Restaurant Hosts/Hostesses to provide a warm welcome, manage reservations, and coordinate seating for a superb guest experience. The role emphasizes effective communication with servers and kitchen staff, accuracy in records, and maintaining a clean, welcoming host stand.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Prior experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are important.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and welcoming demeanor are needed.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm welcome upon arrival.
• Manage reservations over the phone or online and keep accurate records.
• Coordinate seating to balance guest preferences, tables, and servers.
• Manage waitlists and provide estimated wait times; offer bar seating or waiting area options.
• Provide guests with information on menus, daily specials, promotions, and events.
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff about table availability and special requests.
• Maintain a clean host stand and waiting area; ensure menus and materials are in good condition.
• Bid guests farewell and thank them for their visit; collect feedback and address concerns.
