Job summary

Pinehurst is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests, seat them at the dining outlet, and assist during peak hours. You will welcome Members/Guests, manage menus, answer phones, and coordinate with servers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least a few months of related experience. You may work at different Food and Beverage outlets and be scheduled on holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 months related experience or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and seat Members/Guests.
• Handle menus used during that meal period and keep them presentable.
• Answer phone during hours of operation.
• Report needs or concerns to supervisor.
• Assist servers with clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.
• Clear extra settings from tables when seating guests.
• Attend outlet staff meetings as scheduled.
• Organize and keep Host/Hostess stand clean and neat.
• Be available to work in various Food and Beverage outlets and holidays as needed.
