Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
• Assist servers and cashiers in servicing guests to ensure smooth dining flow.
• Adhere to the restaurant's service culture and 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, uniform, and nametag.
• Prepare cashier reports at the end of shifts and manage reservations.
• Be knowledgeable about menus and current specials in all departments.
