Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding seating, managing waitlists, and performing cashier duties while upholding Four Diamond standards and delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifikationen

• Education/experience: High school education or equivalent, with at least one year of experience preferred.
• Communication: ability to read and interpret safety rules and write routine reports; speak effectively before groups.
• Reasoning: ability to apply common sense in instructions and handle multiple variables.
• Licenses: must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class "A" gaming license.
• Cash handling: prior cash register/POS experience preferred but training is available.

Aufgaben

• Check reservation books, call reservations and confirm accurately.
• Greet every guest upon arrival or on the phone with a smile and professional greeting.
• Assign seating and manage chairs, rotation, and seating protocol.
• Control waitlist and reservations sheets for each shift.
• Escort guests to table, present menus, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Perform cashier duties in line with SOPs and policies.
• Count and verify cash exchanges to servers and guests.
• Process guest charges including credit cards, room charges, comps, discounts, and cash payments.
• Reconcile and complete daily reports.
• Assist in daily bank deposits.
