Job summary

Dollywood is seeking a part-time seasonal Dollywood Experience Host to welcome Guests and provide information across DPE attractions. You will interact with Guests, enforce rules, and assist with cleaning and maintaining high-traffic areas while delivering a positive experience.

The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. On-site duties include guidance, safety, and ongoing guest education throughout the Dollywood experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with attention to detail.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, count attendance, and monitor queues.
• Sanitize high touch points on a pre-determined schedule.
• Explain park rules and provide information about DPE areas.
• Assist Guests with information about DPE locations.
• Operate system controls to power exhibits on/off.
• Keep DPE areas clean and organized throughout the day.
• Maintain entertainment signage as needed.
• Complete daily reports and Guest surveys.
• Assist with special DPE functions and assignments as needed.
• Provide accurate park information and continue education for Guests.
