Job summary

Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort. You will supervise front desk, guest services, and ticket staff, ensuring smooth check-in/out and exceptional service.

You will collaborate with other departments to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction. The role requires at least 3 years in hospitality and 2 years in a supervisory capacity, with basic computer skills and a 25 wpm typing test.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Minimum three years of job-related experience; hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Basic computer knowledge; typing test 25 wpm or greater.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of front desk, guest service and ticket staff.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and questions, ensuring personalized service.
• Improve guest experiences at front desk, guest services, and ticket operations.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and brand standards.
