Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a friendly host to greet guests, seat them promptly, and coordinate reservations with courteous, attentive service. You will help maintain menu knowledge and assist guests with inquiries while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 6–12 months of restaurant experience preferred, and solid English reading/writing skills.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• 6–12 months of restaurant/food and beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the number in the party.
• Answer phones and take guest reservations or provide information about the restaurant or hotel services.
• Anticipate guest needs and recognize regular guests by name.
• Inspect and maintain daily menus and develop knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Follow Four Seasons' Conduct standards as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Complete special projects (menu changes, signage, etc).
• Ensure proper table setup and make minor adjustments as needed.
