Job summary

Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a professional Host to deliver exceptional guest service, seat guests, and support daily restaurant operations. You will be responsible for managing reservations, communicating clearly with guests, and upholding high standards for FOH and BOH areas.

The ideal candidate has hands-on food & beverage knowledge, prior host experience in a fine dining setting, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge required for hospitality roles.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, engaging demeanor.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and explain restaurant concepts.
• Maintain service standards and assist with daily stand-up briefings.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization of FOH & BOH areas.
• Assist with special events and restaurant operations as needed.
• Respond to guest requests promptly to ensure a memorable experience.
