Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly, motivated Host to deliver exceptional guest service in a fine dining environment. You will greet guests, manage reservations, seat guests, and communicate restaurant concepts while upholding high standards of service and appearance.

Applicants should have hands-on food and beverage knowledge, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain service standards and ensure compliance with hotel and department protocols.
• Greet guests, seat guests, and manage reservations and table assignments.
• Explain restaurant concepts and assist with hosting duties and guest coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
• Respond to guest requests promptly to create a positive dining experience.
