Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant at one location in Berks County, PA (Sinking Spring area). You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lanes, equipment, and league prep while ringing sales at the counter and following cash control procedures.

The role requires strong customer service, friendly communication, and good telephone etiquette. Evening/night shifts and weekend availability are expected, with perks including bowling,

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent hospitality experience (optional)
Proven success in school/previous job experience
Excellent telephone etiquette
Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
Manage the waitlist
Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
Prepare for leagues
Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
Notify mechanics of malfunctions and log issues
Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
