Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Upper Chichester Township, PA is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales, and keep the lanes and equipment running smoothly.

You will assist guests with basic bowling instruction, operate the POS and PA systems, and log any maintenance issues for our mechanics. This part-time role requires a high school diploma or hospitality experience and excellent telephone etiquette.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
