Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Philadelphia is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and help run the front desk with a friendly, fast service mindset.

You’ll ring sales, operate the POS system, and assist guests with basic bowling guidance while maintaining cash controls and guest satisfaction across all shifts. This role includes evening and night shifts with perks like free bowling and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience optional.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication.
• Proven customer service experience or school/work success.
• Ability to handle a waitlist and basic front-desk coordination.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone in a friendly, inviting manner.
• Manage the waitlist and communicate wait times to guests.
• Track lane availability, assign lanes, shoes, and equipment.
• Prepare for bowling leagues and events.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify technicians of equipment malfunctions and log issues.
• Provide basic bowling instruction to guests as needed.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
