Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group's BRU Burger Keystone in Indianapolis is hiring a Host to be the friendly first contact for guests, manage seating, and help ensure a smooth dining experience.

You will greet guests, handle waitlists and reservations, assist with menu knowledge, coordinate with servers, and maintain a clean, welcoming host stand. Evening, weekend availability preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them, manage waitlists and reservations.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and assist as needed.
• Communicate special requests to servers and kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with servers to manage guest flow and ensure smooth service.
• Keep the host area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
