Cunningham Restaurant Group is hiring a Front of House Host for BRU Burger Keystone in Indianapolis, IN. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, managing waitlists, and guiding guests to tables with a warm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with reservation systems or software is a plus.
• Previous host/hostess experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Guest Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests, manage waitlist and reservations, escort to tables and assist with menus.
• Reservation Management: Take/confirm reservations, maintain reservation book, communicate requests to staff.
• Guest Assistance: Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions; coat check assistance.
• Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating and service.
• Keep host area clean and stocked; ensure menus and promotional materials are available.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and attentiveness.
