Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Guest Experience Host to deliver high-quality guest service and teamwork, creating an experience that feels larger than home. You will manage the Hotel Host Stand and assist with check-in and check-out, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and inviting environment.

The role requires prior guest service experience, strong English communication, ability to multi-task, and schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. 18+ and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an experience for hotel guests by offering welcoming, helpful and exceptional service at the Hotel Host Stand, including check-in and check-out.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable and inviting environment to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with guests to anticipate and meet their needs during their stay.
