Floyd’s 99 Barbershop in Studio City, CA is hiring a full-time Front Desk Host to greet guests, schedule appointments, and answer questions. You’ll be the friendly first contact, coordinating services and pricing, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming shop.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and strong teamwork. Weekend and evening availability is highly valued in our vibrant, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and answer questions for staff and clients.
• Take messages and communicate pricing information; upsell when possible.
• Generate quotes and estimate wait times to manage client expectations.
• Assist with general cleaning duties to maintain a positive shop environment.
