Job summary

Soho House Nashville is seeking a Club Reception to warmly welcome members and guests, manage the reception desk, sign-ins, and basic computer tasks, while supporting Guest List duties across floors.

You’ll be a friendly, professional, and proactive team member, handling high-volume phone inquiries, OpenTable/Salesforce/Opera workflows where needed, and helping train junior staff as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience answering high-volume phone lines professionally and promptly.
• OpenTable, Salesforce and Opera experience is a plus, not a must.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests by name where local, and sign in guests with a hospitable approach.
• Answer high-volume phone lines for reservations, inquiries, and deliveries; relay messages as needed.
• Be familiar with menu, hours, amenities, and pricing to assist guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary reception area and coat check.
• Support Guest List duties on floor, club, or Rooftop as applicable.
• Provide real-time guest issue resolution and communicate feedback to management.
• Assist guests with coats or personal items and retrieve as needed.
• Build relationships with members and guests and relay feedback to leadership.
• Contribute to a fun, approachable, and professional atmosphere.
