Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Upland, CA is seeking a friendly Greeter/Desk Attendant to welcome guests and help with check-ins. You’ll be the first impression at our lively bowling and entertainment venues, assisting guests with basic questions and directions.

This part-time role includes handling ring sales, managing the waitlist, operating the POS and PA systems, and supporting the team during leagues and events. Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or retail.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle queued guests and explain basics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the front desk.
• Manage the waitlist and assist with lane assignments.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash procedures.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instructions and questions.
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system.
