Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with basic bowling orientation. You will operate the POS system, track lane availability, and handle sales with attention to cash control procedures.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, reliable attendance for evening and night shifts, and a willingness to engage guests in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience is optional.
• Proven success in school or previous jobs.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track lane availability.
• Assist guests with basic bowling orientation and explain equipment use.
• Operate POS system and other in-house technology.
• Ring sales and follow cash control procedures.
