Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests and manage the welcome experience at our bowling venue.

You will handle the waitlist, assist guests, ring sales, and operate the POS system in a lively bowling environment during evening and night shifts, with weekend availability. Previous hospitality experience is a plus; age requirement applies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
