Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Greeter/Desk Attendant in Anaheim to welcome guests, manage the front desk, and ensure a WOW experience. This role requires excellent customer service and flexible, friendly interactions in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

As part of our team, you will greet guests, manage the waitlist, handle sales at the counter, assist with basic bowling instruction, and help ensure smooth operations across lanes and equipment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track lane availability and assign equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash procedures.
• Promptly notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log them.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
