Dave & Buster's is looking for a friendly front desk/host to greet Guests, guide them through game rentals and dining experiences, and process transactions with a smile. You’ll help keep the front desk stocked and organized, coordinate with team members, and contribute to an engaging guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and ensure a welcoming front desk experience.
• Guide Guests through game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining interactions.
• Handle transactions and assist with To-Go orders as needed.
• Maintain front desk area, restock menus, Power cards and gift cards.
