Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring for a front desk/host position where you greet Guests, guide them through dining, game rentals and merchandise, and keep operations smooth at the front of the house.

You will process transactions, manage wait times, and ensure a friendly, efficient guest experience while coordinating with Managers and Team Members. Flexible schedules help balance school or other jobs.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through dining, game rentals and merchandise.
• Process transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Manage wait times and seating flow to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking at Front Desk and Host station.
• Coordinate with Managers and Team Members to resolve issues.
