Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking a front desk/host to warmly greet Guests and guide them through dining, game rentals, and merchandise purchases. You will be the first positive impression, assisting with telephones and guest flow in a busy entertainment venue.

Strong communication and a helpful attitude are essential, with flexibility for shifts including evenings and weekends. Prior hospitality or retail experience is a plus, and being at least 18 years old is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through dining and games.
• Greet Guests, coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Front Desk and Host station.
• Ensure menus are stocked and properly cleaned.
• Manage wait times and communicate with Guests and Team Members.
• Assist other Team Members as needed or as business dictates.
