Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring for a front desk/host role where you greet Guests and guide them through dining, game rentals, and merchandise. You will help manage wait times, take payments, and ensure a positive first impression in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Strong communication, a smile, and the ability to read and write in English are important. Must be at least 16 years old; scheduling is flexible to fit school or other jobs, with benefits available for many positions.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through dining, game rentals and merchandise.
• Manage wait times and seating flow to ensure fairness and efficiency.
• Process transactions and assist with to-go orders as needed.
• Stock and tidy front desk area, menus, silverware, and supplies.
• Coordinate with team members and notify managers of issues as they arise.
