Dave & Buster's is hiring for a front desk/host position. You will welcome guests, guide them through game rentals and dining experiences, and handle transactions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work flexible days/hours. Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Restaurant/retail/cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communicator who welcomes Guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining.
• Maintain front desk and host area cleanliness and organization.
• Handle transactions and ensure accurate billing.
• Assist team members and notify Managers of issues.
• Manage wait times and guest flow from the entrance.
