Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Host to create positive first impressions for Guests as they arrive. You will guide Guests through dining, games and retail experiences with a strong emphasis on clear communication and a welcoming attitude.

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly at the Front Desk/Host area and guide them through dining, games, and retail experiences.
• Process transactions and manage To-Go orders with accuracy and a smile.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales and telephone inquiries; maintain stock and cleanliness of the Front Desk and Host station.
