Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking a friendly Front Desk Host to welcome Guests, guide them through game rentals and dining experiences, and help with merchandise sales. You will manage guest flows, assist with seating, and process transactions while maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, have restaurant or retail experience if possible, and are at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or cashier roles is preferred.
• Must be able to read/write in English.
• Ability to handle transactions and assist guests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, merchandise sales and phone inquiries.
• Assist Guests with seating, take and process transactions.
• Keep Front Desk stocked with menus, silverware, Power cards and gift cards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and Host station.
• Manage wait times and communicate with Guests and Managers.
• Promote a positive guest experience and encourage repeat visits.
