Dave & Buster's is looking for a Front Desk/Host to welcome guests and guide them through dining, gaming, and merchandise experiences. The role emphasizes strong communication with Guests and a friendly, energetic demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, handling transactions, restocking front desk items, and coordinating seating and wait times. Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to reconcile monies from the cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through rentals, merchandise sales, and dining experiences.
• Process transactions and manage payments and receipts.
• Maintain Front Desk/Host area, stock menus, power cards, gift cards, and supplies.
• Manage wait times and seating flow, ensuring fairness and efficiency.
