Job summary

Dave & Buster's Cary, NC is hiring for a front desk/host role where you will greet Guests, guide them through game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining experiences. You will be the friendly first impression, handling phones and ensuring smooth guest flow.

You should be friendly, able to read and communicate in English, and ready to help maintain a clean, welcoming Front Desk environment while supporting teammates to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones.
• Maintain Front Desk and Host station cleanliness and organization.
• Process transactions and ensure accurate bill calculations.
• Assist other team members as needed and communicate issues to Manager.
