• Meets and greets all guests and assists with registrations.
• Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and other services requested by guests.
• Ensures brand standards are implemented and supports Hyatt Touches and Rooms Top 20.
• Ensures accurate knowledge of hotel operations and local tourism.
• Ensures hotel rules and policies relating to financial reporting and money handling are followed.
