• Manage the flow of tables to ensure guests are seated on time.
• Balance tables between servers to provide the best experience.
• Communicate with the team about birthdays, anniversaries and special requests.
• Maintain a friendly and calm attitude.
• Seat guests at their tables in a friendly manner.
• Answer the phone and return voicemails.
• Keep the host stand clean and presentable at all times.
• Manage To-go orders and ensure correct orders are handed to guests.
• Assist with bussing/turning tables to ensure timely seating.
• Know the menu and restaurant policies to answer questions in person or on the phone.
• Punch in to go orders for walk-in guests.
