Qualifications

• Customer-facing hospitality experience is preferred.
• Able to multitask in a busy dining room.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.
• Answer phones, take reservations and messages.
• Maintain guest counts and wait times throughout shifts.
• Assist with coat check and cleanliness of dining area.
• Operate reservation, paging and voicemail systems as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and universal service steps.
