You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, stock breakfast, maintain cleanliness, and help guests with local tips. A team-oriented, flexible schedule is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Assist with Front Desk operations: check-in, check-out, reservations, payments.
• Prepare, set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast area and food/beverage presentation.
• Keep the Gallery and public areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Answer guest questions about hotel services and local attractions.
